Un cliente de BMW Italia destroza a martillazos su BMW M6 del 2008 frente a las puertas del Salón de Ginebra en protesta por los fallos técnicos que tiene desde el momento de la compra. No es la primera vez que ocurre un hecho como este, pero esta es la segunda vez que Pormoseni Hadi realiza esta peculiar protesta con su coche durante un salón del automóvil y amenaza con volver a hacerlo si su situación no se aclara.

No es la primera vez que un propietario descontento -y con una cartera bien llena- destroza su vehículo de lujo en protesta ante una desesperada situación. Y lo hacen frente a un salón del automóvil mientras lo graban en vídeo para conseguir la mayor repercusión posible.

Pero este caso es diferente, porque Pormoseni Hadino es la primera vez que hace esto en publico. El empresario residente en Italia destrozó por primera vez su M6 Full Equipe con su amigo Thomas Brunner durante el Salón de Frakfurt del año pasado.

Pero parece que la repercusión mediática del primer acto de protesta (el vídeo en Youtube cuenta con casi 2,4 millones de reproducciones) no ha dejado satisfecho al propietario o aun no ha conseguido su objetivo: que BMW se haga cargo de los fallos que tiene su M6 desde el día que lo arrancó por primera vez. Así que volvió a repetir el proceso en Ginebra.

Pormoseni Hadi vuelve a plantar su M6 repleto de carteles de protesta a las puertas de Ginebra y con su amigo Thomas Brunner cámara en mano se lía a martillazos sobre la carrocería y los cristales de un BMW que en su día bien podría superar los 120.000 €, una cifra nada despreciable para la mayoría de los mortales.

A modo de resumen, el propietario de origen iraní dice que desde el primer momento su vehículo presentaba en el ordenador de abordo un fallo en la caja de cambios y otros errores. Según el propietario tuvo numerosos problemas técnicos como vibraciones en el interior y ruidos del motor y en la caja de cambios a la hora de cambiar. A pesar de las numerosas entradas en el taller y sus protestas, el vehículo no llega a ser reparado correctamente y BMW no se hace cargo alguno de los gastos que le ha ocasionado.

En uno de los comentarios del vídeo Pormoseni Hadi explica en perfecto ingles la odisea que está llevando a cabo desde que compro el vehículo:

The BMW workshops felt that this was an electronics thing that had to be re-adjusted and the car will function properly. The electronics have been adjusted several times, the problems were not solved. The car was ten times in the workshop , but the cause has not been resolved to this day.

The BMW dealer has rejected a further repair despite the immense engine and transmission damages on the grounds that they could not repair it, as her BMW computer terminal show no errors and that I should address myself only to BMW Italia . BMW Italia has written to me , for them the car is sound , since they carry out their repairs of BMW cars with direct access to the computers of the BMW Munich, according to the criteria of the BMW parent company in Munich . Why accept the BMW engine and transmission damage only by a court ? Is BMW really designed technically so weak and not to identify the gear damage their own product in the situation?

After all these circumstances BMW has only made ​​a non-binding , oral repair proposal. A binding repair not accepted BMW, because BMW does not admit the existing drive failure . I expect a complete and plausible explanation of BMW. Who is responsible for my damages at this time?

The behavior of BMW is not an isolated case , similar to many other BMW M6 customers happened.

The contracts for the purchase of new cars are designed on one side : BMW secures it all right, the buyers , however, they are none. The purchase contracts must be made on the basis of equality, only the customer can be a partner who not only has duties but also rights !

Since BMW still silent and I have no way to get to my right, I see myself

forced by protests to make the misconduct of the BMW public. This is done with the intention to help BMW to be honest , the customer to take it more seriously , to manipulate less and better serve .

As long as BMW arrogant silent and not willing to find a correct solution to the bilateral problems caused by them , I will represent with further protests this issue publicly .
